The idea escapes the coil at the upper end and is then contained by a rapidly rotating Hughes assembly. The gap between the Frenoulli coil and the Hughes assembly is carefully calibrated and is designed as a quality control measure - weaker ideas cannot bridge the gap and simply dissipate back into the atmosphere, whereas stronger ones make a phasoelectrical contact with the input rod (H) and are then spun to one of two containment spirals (I) according to their moral character.
