A word from the curator about "fantasy Pez":
With only a few hundred characters immortalized in PEZ dispenser-dom, it often happens that the one you want doesn't exist yet. Those with an artistic bent sometimes feel it necessary to extend the available line with work of their own. The pieces presented here were created by Dave Grossman in the mid to late 1990s. The primary medium is colored Sculpey, although some pieces were made using other modeling clays or plastic, and some have been painted. All are attached to standard Pez stems, and nearly all are functional as dispensers.
